Who We Are
Sun City Fence Builders is a locally operated fencing contractor serving residential and commercial customers throughout the West Valley of Maricopa County. We're based in Sun City and cover the full sweep of the region — from the rural ranch country around Wittmann, through the master-planned communities in Peoria and Surprise, down to the growing suburbs of Buckeye, Goodyear, and Avondale.
Our work covers the full range of fence types — wrought iron view and pool fencing, CMU block wall construction and repair, vinyl, composite, farm and ranch fencing, and commercial perimeter systems. Repair work on damaged or aging fences gets the same care as new installs when full replacement isn't necessary. Every job is treated with the same attention to detail regardless of size.
The Sonoran Desert creates specific demands for outdoor structures: extreme summer heat, intense year-round UV, monsoon microbursts that lift roofs and topple walls, and caliche-laden soil that breaks unprepared post augers. Our installation methods account for all of it — proper footing depth, powder-coated and UV-stabilized materials, and construction techniques chosen to perform in this environment for the long term.
How We Work
